Based in Hampton, New Brunswick. Fifteen-plus years running IT infrastructure, now building AI systems that run a real manufacturer's operations every day.
Most AI consulting starts with a slide deck. Mine started on a factory floor.
I've spent over fifteen years in IT infrastructure and operations — networks, servers, security, ERP systems — most recently leading IT for a New Brunswick manufacturer. When AI tools became genuinely useful, I didn't write a strategy memo about them. I started building.
Over the past two years I've designed, built, and shipped production systems end-to-end: a carbon accounting platform that replaced a five-figure annual subscription, an executive BI platform with AI agents that answer finance questions in plain English, a visitor management SaaS, a CRM, warehouse and EDI tooling, and security operations automation. These aren't demos — they process real orders, real visitors, and real money every day.
That's the experience I bring to your business: not "here's what AI could theoretically do," but "here's what I built last quarter for a company like yours, here's what it cost, and here's what it saved."
I live here. I'll meet you at your shop in Saint John, your office in Rothesay, or the coffee shop in Hampton. When something breaks at 4:45 on a Friday, I'm in your time zone — and probably within twenty minutes of your front door. Atlantic Canadian businesses get pitched constantly by agencies from away; I'd rather be the consultant you can look in the eye.
Thirty minutes, no pitch, no jargon. Bring your most annoying process and I'll tell you what I'd do about it.
